In his role as CEO, Cole Erdmann is focused on leading Illuminate’s go-to-market strategies and business operations. Cole graduated from William Jewell College with an international business and language degree. He received his master’s in business administration from Rockhurst University. He is a passionate servant leader with non-profit roots. During his career, he has focused on driving real outcomes that have an impact on the lives of patients and clinicians.
Cole’s most recent experience was with Cerner Corporation where he worked in all venues of care delivery and all major market segments within the health care industry. This included leading product strategy for new market entry for the life sciences division. Cole also led many major initiatives focused on driving growth and establishing the foundations of new businesses, and he led the Advocate Cerner Collaboration—a joint venture with Advocate Aurora Health Care focused on development advanced analytics to support accountable care organizations.
Cole has served as a board member for the Advocate Cerner Collaboration and was a named member of the Missouri Health Network.
