Grant Johnson brings 18+ years of healthcare technology experience to Illuminate. His responsibilities include all aspects of growth and client relationships, as he is accountable for the organization’s top-line revenue, customer satisfaction and retention. He brings a customer-first culture to Illuminate, working closely with the support and services teams to ensure customer needs are at the forefront of the company’s work.
His experience building strong, deep, and collaborative relationships at the senior most level in health systems has made Grant a trusted advisor to customers and his team members. His approach to creating a team-based selling environment strengthens collaboration, support, and results for every organization he has led.
Prior to Illuminate, Grant served in a sales leadership capacity at Oracle Health focused on expanding the company’s business in the public sector and community provider markets. Prior to that, Grant served in a similar leadership capacity at Cerner Corporation, driving new business growth for one of the world’s fastest-growing healthcare IT companies.
Grant, his wife Jamie, and their two children reside in Kansas City, MO.
