Jessica Cline is honored to serve as Navigation Manager for Illuminate’s nursing team, bringing 17 years of experience in nursing leadership, patient advocacy, and care innovation. As a Family Nurse Practitioner for the past decade with HCA Healthcare, she provided comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population, managing a 1,300-patient panel and contributing to practice growth strategies. Her expertise spans adolescent care, women’s and men’s health, mental health, preventative care, metabolic management, and complex chronic conditions.
Previously, Jessica spent seven years as a Registered Nurse at Truman Medical Centers, fostering team collaboration, shared decision-making, and systems improvement to enhance patient experiences and provider support. She holds a BSN from William Jewell College and an MSN-FNP from the University of Kansas Medical Center (KUMC), where she also served as a graduate teaching assistant, deepening her commitment to advancing nursing’s global impact.
Passionate about healthcare initiatives and equity, Jessica strives to improve efficiency, reduce health disparities, and cultivate strong, empathetic healthcare communities. She is privileged to collaborate with the Nurse Navigators at Illuminate, ensuring seamless, guideline-based care management.
